Salt is seeking a CRM Graphic Designer to craft engaging, conversion-focused email, SMS, and lifecycle assets. You will partner with CRM, Marketing, and Brand teams to design communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Design across desktop and mobile, adapt templates and banners, and contribute to A/B testing with multiple creative variations while ensuring timely delivery. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid portfolio of email campaigns are required.
