Kindera Living is seeking an experienced RN leader to join the CDOC/IPAC, reporting to the Director of Care. You will guide evidence-based practices, oversee medication reconciliation, and mentor nursing staff across programs such as skin care, falls prevention, infection control, and end-of-life care.

The role requires solid clinical knowledge, RAI-MDS familiarity, and a track record in long-term care leadership.
