CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Building Operator (Union) to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and building systems. This role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, log entries, CMMS updates, energy efficiency, and coordinating contractors as needed. Robust knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems is required.
