This backfill role partners with the property manager to ensure business objectives are met and to coordinate property maintenance in compliance with Akelius standards and legal requirements.

You will manage lease and legal administration, build tenant relationships, process rent and arrears, and handle move-in/out inspections while communicating professionally with
