Prime Quadrant Corp. in Vancouver seeks an Analyst, Direct Investments to join Prime Quadrant Partners. The role involves due diligence, financial modeling, and drafting investment memos while collaborating with senior investment professionals and GP deal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in private equity or related fields, solid modeling skills (LBO, DCF), and the ability to analyze multi-asset opportunities. This on-site role offers mentorship and exposure to cross-border deals.
