As a seasonal full-time Concierge, you will be responsible for providing outstanding in-travel support and assistance to guests. This role involves managing logistics like check-ins and coordinating with teams to ensure that each guest's concerns are addressed with precision and care. You will be key in facilitating smooth arrivals and departures while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check guests in and issue necessary travel documentation
• Cater to guests with special requirements for a memorable journey
• Handle and document guest inquiries efficiently




• Coordinate with teams to meet guest needs and inquiries
• Ensure station cleanliness and welcoming environments
Requirements:
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or tourism
• Current AB or BC Driver's License with a clean record
• Solid organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, beneficial
• Must lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
