Reporting to the Technical Supervisor, the Plumber will be responsible for the following duties:

- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including hot and cold water, drainage, ventilation, and heating systems
- Install and connect plumbing fixtures and sanitary equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing installations
- Complete work within the required timeframes
- Maintain and properly care for company-provided tools and equipment
- Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized
- Use the Yardi system to communicate with the Technical Supervisor and keep service reports up to date
- Proudly represent MACH’s image and values when interacting with various stakeholders at each property, including tenants, clients, users, and staff
- Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position is required
- Diploma (DEP) in Plumbing and Heating
- Valid driver’s license (daily travel between properties is required)
- Knowledge of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
