As a Senior Subcontracts Administrator at ACCIONA, you will oversee the administration and commercial management of subcontracts tied to vital infrastructure projects. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you'll ensure compliance with contractual obligations while addressing risks and managing change requests throughout the project's lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer assigned subcontracts from award to close-out
• Review subcontract terms and ensure compliance




• Monitor contractor compliance with project requirements
• Support and resolve contractual issues with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate subcontract records and logs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 8–10 years of experience in subcontract administration
• Experience with infrastructure or transport projects
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
