Responsibilities

- Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
- Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain security of products and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with strong communication skills.
