Extendicare is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN) to provide clinical leadership and coordinate resident care during the shift. You will guide nursing staff, ensure protected, resident-centered care, and manage admissions, transfers, and discharges with required assessments and documentation.
The Charge RN will interface with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and families to promote continuity and safety.
