ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for its Milton, Ontario site. This in office, full-time role reports to the Area Manager and drives safety, quality, productivity, and service targets.

You will supervise a team across picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while coaching staff, leading daily huddles, and optimizing throughput using Lean practices. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2–5 years in warehouse operations, 1–3 years in leadership, and experience with
