In this essential role reporting to the Owner/Lead Consultant, you'll create Health & Safety policies and implement training programs. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and be able to assist multiple clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of all Health & Safety programs
• Conduct site inspections and field assessments
• Coordinate comprehensive training for new and existing employees
• Support audit processes and compliance checks
• Manage documentation for health and safety committees
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in health and safety
• Completed post-secondary education in relevant disciplines
• Joint Health & Safety Committee certification needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
