The role requires overseeing food safety and quality systems to ensure product compliance with specifications, leading a QC team, and managing audits and corrective actions. Candidates should have a degree in Food Science or a related field, HACCP and PCQI certification, and a minimum of three years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
