Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble hats within allocated deadlines and suggest improvements
• Interpret and modify custom hat patterns as needed
• Conduct fittings with artists and stakeholders




• Maintain accurate technical documentation and procedures
• Provide operational support to teams for quality assurance
Requirements:
• DEC in visual arts, fashion design, or equivalent
• 8 to 10 years of millinery or sewing experience
• Mastery of various millinery techniques
• Knowledge of SAP and design software
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
