NIDUS Development Inc. is seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to assist with the day-to-day coordination of residential construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main on-site contact for contractors and trades working on current home construction.
- Relay information, questions and site updates between contractors and management.
- Assist with coordinating access to worksites, including locking and unlocking properties as required.
- Pick up and deliver construction materials and supplies to worksites.
- Keep worksites clean, organized and ready for the next contractor or stage of construction.
- Ensure required site signage is properly displayed and maintained.
- Monitor general site conditions and report issues, deficiencies or concerns to management.
- Assist with basic carpentry, construction and site-related tasks as required.




- Help ensure sites are prepared and accessible for scheduled contractors.
- Drive company work trucks as required.

Requirements:

- Previous carpentry and/or construction experience.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate work trucks.
- Availability Monday to Friday.
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently.
- communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, trades and management.
- Ability to perform physical construction-site duties, including lifting and moving materials

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
