Region of Waterloo is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to support the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program in the Child, Family and Dental Health Division. The role focuses on HBHC Screen tools, prenatal/postpartum, and early childhood assessments, including home visits within Waterloo Region.

The incumbent will provide nursing services in CMH and WRHN settings, maintain client records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality community care and timely
