CNIB is seeking a Talent Partner to lead recruitment, talent planning and succession across the organization in a hybrid Toronto workplace.

You will partner with leaders and People and Culture Business Partners to build talent pipelines, strengthen the candidate experience and position CNIB and DBCS as inclusive employers of choice. A data-driven approach with experience using HRIS/ATS and market insights will help you advise leaders on effective sourcing and development strategies.
