The Opportunity

This position is tied to an existing vacancy within our organization and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and testing of innovative AI solutions that deliver meaningful business value for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, use cases, and key processes supported by AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate requirements into scalable and robust AI solutions that integrate seamlessly within client technology environments.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends through continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI applications, covering functionality, performance, security, reliability, and ethical considerations.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI and machine learning platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of experience testing AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

- Strong understanding of AI testing methodologies and frameworks, including model validation, bias detection, performance evaluation, robustness testing, and security assessments.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI technologies, and related frameworks.
- Experience using AI testing and validation tools such as DeepChecks or similar platforms.
- Experience designing, developing, and testing APIs and system integrations.
- This role involves regular collaboration with clients, teams,



and stakeholders across Canada and globally. As such, full professional fluency in both French and English is required.

Compensation

In accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation, EY discloses anticipated salary ranges for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, technical expertise, internal equity, and overall qualifications.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $132,000 CAD
