The IT Intern will complete a 4-month work term starting May 2021, and support Precision’s growing environment at a technical level. The successful candidate will be representing the SAP Basis/NetWeaver team in its relationships with business unit customers and other IT groups, in the sustainment of SAP Technical Administration.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and support of SAP Basis/NetWeaver Administration while being guided by a senior Basis analyst.
- Support on one or more, simple to moderately complex projects as a project team member.
- Regularly monitor and check system components for errors, take the necessary corrective action.
- Prepare documentation of checklists, procedures, and design diagrams relating to SAP systems.
- Support the Maintenance of all SAP environments.
- Perform Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system problems that involve SAP Modules.
Knowledge & Skills
General Understanding of SAP Business ERP Systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Education
Pursuing a Post-Secondary degree or diploma in, Computer Science, Information System, or other related studies.
Experience
Understanding of ITIL practices.
Previous experience working in a team orientated, collaborative environment is required.
Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and database administration.
