Intuit is a global fintech platform serving people and communities with products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks and Mailchimp. We are seeking a Tax Expert to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax, provide tax guidance, review personal returns, and manage product inquiries.

This is a virtual, customer-facing role that uses state-of-the-art video communication software and requires documentation of interactions.
