• Oversee Dual Diagnosis, Employment Services, and Community Connections
• Keep the Director updated on program and organizational issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in leadership with high emotional intelligence
• Robust interpersonal relationship management skills
• Performance dialogue and coaching expertise
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
