Join Camfil Power Systems, a leader in air filtration and acoustic solutions for gas turbines, with our Americas headquarters right here in Laval In this dynamic role, you'll take on key responsibilities that drive our mission forward, including:

- Join a global supply chain team supporting critical projects in the energy sector.
- Work in a dynamic supply chain environment by supporting communication with international suppliers and developing practical skills while demonstrating initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Assist in the Purchase Order (PO) process by preparing drafts,



updating order details, and ensuring accurate, timely follow‑up under buyer supervision.
- Help track outstanding items and issues, supporting buyers in identifying gaps, delays, or missing information in the supply chain.
- Update procurement and production tracking tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date for the team.
- Support logistics tasks, such as preparing shipments, booking carriers, tracking parts sent to suppliers, and maintaining related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members, embracing daily challenges and contributing to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Are you THE person we are looking for?
- Supply Chain, Engineering or Business program or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
