The RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) Coordinator at AgeCare is responsible for the overall administration, organization, education, co-ordination, and implementation of the MDS for the interdisciplinary team. Provides supervision and assistance to the interdisciplinary team regarding MDS documentation.

RN or RPN in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, with a minimum of three years in Long Term Care, is required. Salary range CAD 69,000–71,000 per year.
