Lip Lab, Toronto, is seeking an Operations Lead to act as second-in-command to the Store Manager. You will drive daily store operations, guest experiences, and team leadership in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, training staff on standards and safety, and ensuring top service aligned with Lip Lab values. This full time role requires 30+ hours and a dynamic, customer-focused mindset.
