Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging child-centered programs for elementary children
• Provide compassionate care and support to families
• Ensure children’s safety and supervision at all times
• Comply with provincial, municipal, and YMCA policies
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the program
Requirements:
• Experience working with children aged 4-12 is an asset
• Enrolled in or pursuing Early Childhood Education diploma
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification required
• Up-to-date immunizations mandated by Public Health
• Minimum age of 18 for Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check
