Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a culture of safety and scientific integrity
• Supervise a team of 4-6 Research Associates




• Manage lab schedules and project priorities
• Produce Standard Operating Procedures and protocols

Requirements:
• Over 3 years in bioscience or biotechnology
• Previous managerial experience; PMP preferred
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Quality Control or Assurance experience preferred
