As Lead Worship Director, you'll work closely with the Senior Pastor to design meaningful worship services and lead the congregation in musical and spiritual acts of praise. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute weekly worship services
• Select songs in collaboration with the Senior Pastor
• Recruit and provide support to the worship team
