The Sydney Call Center is seeking an entry-level Inbound Technical Support Representative to handle blended inbound calls from residential and business customers. You will troubleshoot account issues, assist with product information, and upsell where appropriate.

Training is provided on the job, and prior contact center experience isn’t required. A high school diploma and solid communication abilities are essential, with opportunities for growth across U.S. and Canadian programs.
