The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County in Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct end-of-life care within our Hospice Residences and affiliated teams.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, manage symptoms, collaborate with physicians, social workers, and volunteers, and mentor recent staff while upholding our compassionate, patient-centered approach. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are supported.
