The candidate will support configuration tasks, collaborate with Product Owners and BSAs, and thrive in an agile environment with a solid understanding of Workday’s no-code configuration model.

Responsibilities:
• Configure Workday Recruiting and Acquire/Talent modules based on requirements
• Participate in design sessions to understand business needs
• Demo Workday product features to stakeholders
• Break down work into stories and tasks in Jira
• Collaborate with BSAs to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Answer questions related to AI models within Workday RecruitSenior Business Systems Analyst

Skills:
• 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting




• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configurations
• 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting
• 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira
• Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its AI models
• Comfortable demoing Workday product capabilitiesSenior Business Systems Analyst
