Neo Financial in Calgary, AB is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join its in-house Legal team on a full-time basis. Reporting to Legal Counsel, you will support corporate governance, contract lifecycles, research, and external legal operations.

You’ll draft and review NDAs and service agreements, manage contract workflows, maintain minute books and filings, and assist with due diligence. Strong precision, ethics, and project management are essential in our fast-growing fintech workplace.
