CB Smart Recruit is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Manager for our rapid-growing North American freight brokerage client in East York, Toronto. The role focuses 60–70% on recruitment, targeting high-performing, commission-driven sales professionals, with remaining duties in onboarding, retention, performance, and HR processes.

You will report to the CEO and own how the company finds, attracts, hires, develops and retains talent, building People infrastructure for the next growth stage.
