Calgary Co-op is seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee operations of the Bakery department, focusing on customer service, program execution and profitability.

Reporting to Centre Manager, the role includes scheduling, budgeting, performance reviews, HR activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The successful candidate will train under an experienced Bakery Manager and develop leadership and operational skills in a cooperative setting.
