This six-month contract role focuses on maintaining student safety and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship, assess student progress, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for overseeing nighttime routines and responding efficiently to emergencies while embodying strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure students' safety with visual checks every 15 minutes
• Remain awake overnight and respond to emergencies promptly




• Build positive relationships and act as a mentor
• Collaborate to evaluate student progress and therapeutic goals
• Support daily routines and other assigned duties
