Be a part of a spectacular event As a Banquet Houseperson with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge you will create a special event that our Guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our Guests have a memorable experience.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director ofBanquets, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Consistently offer qualified,friendlyand engaging service
- Set up function and meetings spaces as per the Banquet Event Order
- Build, set,serveand tear down of coffee breaks
- Communicate,anticipate& cater to the group conveners and guests for the duration of stay
- Assistin off-site and resort grounds set up
- Assistin unpacking and organization of rentals
- Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions.
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs,remainingcalm and courteous at all times
