Deliver top-notch beverage service as a Seasonal Bartender at the Gallery Patio & Lounge. Engage with guests, ensure compliance, and maintain a clean and effective bar environment.
This role reports to the Outlet Manager and is designed for those with a minimum of one year bartending experience. You will uphold AMS standards while providing drinks, recommending menu items, and maintaining service quality. Ideal candidates exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe liquor service meeting legal requirements
• Upsell drinks and provide timely, friendly service
• Handle cash transactions and balance the till daily
• Maintain a clean bar and work area at all times
• Manage inventory and report any issues to management
Requirements:
• Minimum one year bartending experience
• Serving-It-Right Certification mandatory
• POS experience, preferably with Squirrel
• Ability to lift up to 60kgs (132lbs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
