Russell Tobin in Windsor, ON is seeking an experienced HR qualified to support day-to-day operations in a manufacturing setting. You will own recruitment, employee relations, compliance, health and safety, WSIB, and HR administration, reporting to the CFO, with payroll backup as needed.
The role requires 3–5 years in HR, familiarity with ESA, and hands-on experience with ADP. You will partner with senior leaders across three local sites and help maintain accurate HR records and engagement
