IAM Engineer – Java/Python to support with Single Sign On implementations, Employee PingFed

- Log Analysis - reading and parsing logs to find where authentication handshake fails
- Token Handling- inspecting, validating tokens
- Debugging end points that communicate with Identity provider
- Config fixes, meet with vendors for troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate with 3rd parties
- Gather technical specs to submit Intakes, follow-up on Intakes

Employee/Customer PingFed Enterprise Platform Upgrades

Addressing Employee PingFed Platform upgrades technical errors that come up in testing

Coordinating testing with QE

Soft Skills

Robust communication skills and collaboration skills
