Patene Building Supplies Ltd. in Thunder Bay, Ontario, is seeking a Customer Service & Order Desk Representative to join our fast-paced team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding service while supporting day-to-day branch operations.

You will handle orders by phone, email and in person, advise customers on product options, prepare quotations and coordinate with suppliers and warehousing to meet customer needs. Robust communication and accuracy are essential.
