- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to see real-world results from the projects you help drive.

What you’ll work on:

- Supporting the execution of events across the Strategic Engagement portfolio, including payment processing, current vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, contracting, shipping, swag, flights, hotels, and local vendor transactions.

- Helping build, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and processes that allow the Strategic Engagement team to operate more efficiently and consistently at scale.
- Sharing learnings and effective AI practices with teammates, helping the team continuously improve how we use these tools across our programs.
- Communicating the status, progress, risks, and results of multiple projects to your team and key stakeholders.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions around event development, partnership programs, operational improvements, and ongoing program strategy.
- Assisting in maintaining resources for internal teams on key data points and information about Strategic Engagement programs, and proactively sharing that information with relevant stakeholders.
