Patriot Logistics/Mander Bros. is a freight brokerage, and brokerage is all we do. We don’t run our own trucks, so we never compete with our own fleet for loads. Our job is to support agents: we handle the back office so you can spend your time selling and looking after your shippers.
The Role
We’re looking for experienced freight agents who already have shipper relationships and want a partner that pays well, pays on time and doesn’t get in your way. You keep ownership of your customers and run your business the way you want.

What You Bring
- At least [2] years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- An existing book of business
- Experience with [dry van / reefer / flatbed / LTL / intermodal]
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid network of carriers
- The drive to run your own book without someone managing you
