Cloudbeds, a remote-first hospitality software platform, seeks a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead for North America. You will own the onboarding experience for independent hotels, resorts, and multi-property groups, leading the regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Mid-Market Coaches from contract through go-live and handoff.

This player-coach role combines team leadership with hands-on oversight of a small portfolio of strategic North American accounts, guiding onboarding workflows,
