Key Responsibilities:
• Perform desktop support and help desk consultations
• Provide analysis and administration for server systems
• Develop and prioritize project schedules effectively
• Install, configure,



and support hardware/software systems
• Manage server security and review system logs daily
Requirements:
• University degree or Microsoft certifications preferred
• Minimum three years of technical support experience
• Knowledge in SAN/NAS architecture, DHCP, and DNS
• Familiarity with Active Directory and virtualization tools
• Valid BC driver’s license and ability to work overtime
