Southern Health-Santé Sud invites applications for a Community Mental Health Worker (CMHW) in Notre Dame de Lourdes. The clinician will provide psychosocial assessments, counselling and rehabilitation to individuals referred to the mental health program.

Working 0.80 FTE at 7.75 hours per day in person, you will apply trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and cooperative care within a multi-disciplinary team to promote recovery and community integration.
