As National Visual Merchandiser, you will report to the Senior Merchandising Manager and collaborate with District Managers and store teams. Your work will bring seasonal transitions, promotional campaigns, product launches, and visual standards to life.

You will help create consistent, engaging guest experiences across diverse store layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute floor sets, seasonal transitions, campaigns, and product launches
- Style beds and coordinate product placement, signage, and fixtures
- Adapt merchandising plans while maintaining QE Home brand consistency
- Coach store teams on visual standards and provide hands-on support




- Assess stores and recommend visual presentation improvements

Requirements:

- Three to five years of retail or visual merchandising experience
- Passion for home décor, styling, colour, and product presentation
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with lifting merchandise, ladders, and physically active tasks
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
