We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing operations team for a long-term opportunity.

This position is suited for someone who can work in a fast-paced, high-pressure transportation environment, take ownership of daily operations, and communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee daily transportation and dispatch operations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Handle operational challenges, last-minute changes, and urgent situations.
- Maintain explicit, professional, and timely email communication.
- Monitor ongoing operations and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Take responsibility for assigned operations and follow through until issues are resolved.

Requirements:

- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada with a valid work permit or other valid work authorization.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.




- Excellent email writing and professional correspondence skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable handling intense, time-sensitive operations.
- Responsible, dependable, and looking for long-term employment.
- Previous transportation or dispatch experience is preferred.

Important – Work Schedule & Availability

Our operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This position will have dedicated working hours in the office. However, the successful candidate must also be prepared to respond to urgent calls, messages, and operational emails outside regular office hours when required.

We are looking for someone who understands the nature of transportation operations and is willing to take ownership beyond a standard office schedule.

Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.
