Marketing projects need people who can connect ideas with action. From preparing campaign materials to coordinating deadlines and gathering useful information, the details behind the scenes help turn a plan into something customers can see and engage with.

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant in Toronto, ON to support campaign coordination, promotional activities, and everyday marketing operations. You’ll work alongside the wider team, contribute to different projects, and develop practical experience in how businesses communicate with their audiences.

A Typical Week Could Involve

- Preparing campaign materials, presentations, and promotional resources.
- Coordinating marketing schedules, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Researching competitors, customer interests, and market trends.
- Assisting with promotional events and brand awareness initiatives.
- Organizing campaign records, contact lists, and internal documents.
- Sharing updates between marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Supporting content preparation for email, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Gathering customer feedback and organizing insights for the team.
- Tracking campaign activity and preparing basic progress reports.




- Following up on outstanding tasks to help projects stay on schedule.
- Assisting with meetings, campaign briefings, and promotional launches.

What You’ll Need

You don’t need an extensive marketing background to be considered. We’re looking for someone who is organized, curious, and willing to learn while contributing to a busy team.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organization and attention to detail.
- An interest in marketing, branding, promotions, or customer behaviour.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Able to manage deadlines and keep track of multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues.
- Previous experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, events, or administration is beneficial.

Training will be provided on internal systems, campaign processes, and day-to-day responsibilities.
