Compensation

- $20 per confirmed appointment
- 5% commission on the total value of each closed deal (average deal value: $1,200)

About the Opportunity

True North Pressure Washing is hiring a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Appointment Setter. You will receive daily support, coaching, and guidance from management.

We're looking for someone who is punctual, coachable, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

We are seeking someone with an interest in sales who is motivated by a performance-based compensation structure. This opportunity offers solid earning potential for individuals who are willing to apply what they learn, follow proven processes, and take advantage of ongoing coaching and support from management.

Job Responsibilities

- Door knock daily within designated areas assigned by management.
- Follow the approved sales script and established company procedures.
- Communicate regularly with management and utilize the support provided throughout the day.
- Remain comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Engage professionally with potential customers to generate interest in our exterior home maintenance services.
- Schedule appointments with interested customers for estimates and service consultations.

Requirements

- Must reside in Nanaimo, BC.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal transportation.
- Working cellphone with an active calling plan.




- Strong English communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically active work.
- Willing to learn, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools.
- Available weekdays with occasional weekend flexibility.

Previous sales or Business Development Centre (BDC) experience is an asset but is not required. Appropriate training and safety procedures will be provided.
