Hi there we are a japanese family

Looking for a responsible japanese sitter/ nanny for our 14 month old little boy starting in September for 4 days a week maybe 5 depending on my school schedule

Our son is pretty quite he loves music and to play he is pretty indapendant and loves to laugh

He has recently learned free will so we are dealing with some limit pushing

We are a montessori home so indapendance emotional expression and support is big for us

It's also important that you are able to cook things like meat. So if you have restrictions on that, we probably aren't the best fit for you

It is really important that our ways of care are followed routine aswell as disapline we do respectful parenting

All emotions are okay but not all behaviors we support but do not coddle and set firm limits

We dont say no unless its super big issue we want no to have meaning we say I cant and I won't let you

Its key that you are someone with alot of patience as he is almost one and a 1/2 so our nanny, having the level of patience that we do is huge. Especially at this stage, for consistency reasons

As I said early on limit, pushing is something that's been going on. He is right now starting to understand emotions like anger and earlier expression. So it's important that those things are dealt with the same when we're not home as if we're at home

We do not do processed food and we have a no sugar policy.



Until three years old we are also a screen free home if he is up and awake. Tv is off if he's napping, i'm totally fine to turn the t v on and watch something in relax

We need somebody who is going to be hands-on as kids. This young do not have impulse control. If he is touching something, he is not supposed to touch or doing something. He is not supposed to do. It is incredibly important that you are getting up and you are stopping him right away.

And explaining to him, why he cannot do that thing that he is doing

I know that this is a lot of expectations, but we just want to make sure that our Sun is getting consistency. So that he will do well in the future

Our last experience with a sitter was not very good. We are dealing with a lot of issues now that I am going to be working out with our son over the next month. Hence why the expectations are so much more than the last time that I posted

Overall, we are very like relaxed. And a super friendly family
