Hello Amazing Nannies and Child Care Professionals!

We are a family of four living in Discovery Ridge SW Calgary looking for a reliable, energetic and organized **PART-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT / AFTER-SCHOOL NANNY** to help our family primarily during weekday afternoons, with occasional evening or weekend opportunities.

Both parents have demanding qualified careers, so we are looking for someone who can help keep the household running smoothly and provide dependable support with our two children.

THE ROLE:

We can provide a consistent base number of hours each week, with flexibility for additional hours depending on our schedules.

A typical afternoon could include:

- Arriving at our home before school pickup
- Light housekeeping and general tidying
- Family laundry and folding
- Preparing or helping prepare supper
- Occasional groceries or household errands
- Picking up our children from school and daycare
- Bringing the children home or driving them to after-school activities
- Helping with the children until we return home

We will provide one of our family vehicles for all childcare-related driving.

Candidates must have:

- A valid driver's licence and safe driving record
- Previous childcare, babysitting, nanny or related experience




- Strong references
- Ability to complete a background check
- Reliability and good communication
- Comfort driving children to and from school and activities

First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

SCHEDULE:

The position will primarily involve weekday afternoon hours, with approximately 22 hours per week depending on our schedules.
